Various illnesses are working their way through the Laarim community. Thankfully the cholera outbreak is over, however, there are still many cases of malaria, open skin sores, sinus and respiratory infections, and GI ailments. We would appreciate prayers for faith and peace in the Lord amid these physical afflictions, and that the Lord would bring healing.
The community has lost several people recently to drunken fights and suicide. Please pray for the families that are mourning the loss of loved ones, and for the Church to know how to approach the topic of alcohol and depression in a God honoring way.
