Islanders: In an island community where holding grudges and repaying grievances are deeply ingrained, a local woman has been studying Ephesians with one of our team members. As they have worked through the Word together, she has been increasingly challenged by the Holy Spirit to forgive and love someone who has hurt her—even though that person has not apologized or changed. She has begun sharing ways that God is challenging her to respond differently, both toward believers and those who do not yet follow Jesus. Pray that the Word will continue transforming her heart and that her example will point others to Jesus. Pray for more believers across the islands to live differently because of the Gospel, especially within difficult family relationships.
