Pray for the leadership in the Rendille town of Korr as they think about what stance the church schools should take regarding Muslim students. The leadership has taken a strong stand against students leaving school to attend traditional pagan rites and practices, but the Muslims have been treated differently. Students have been allowed to go to the mosque on Fridays for worship and they have been allowed to attend religious festivals. These policies are now being revisited. Pray that insight from above will be given and there will be unity of spirit in what God would like to see practiced. Along these lines, pray for the Muslim students in the high school as they are being confronted with God’s truth on a daily basis. Pray for the seed of God’s Word to penetrate and take root. It is very difficult for a Muslim to break loose from the tight community holds of their religion.
