UPGs of the Sahel: The F people have more than 41 million people spread across West Africa, from Lake Chad to the Atlantic coast, of whom 98.9% still have no access to the gospel. Pray that the Lord of the harvest would raise up the workers needed to reach this people in a meaningful way — both foreign missionaries willing to go directly to West Africa, and F Christians able to reach their own people, with whom they share language, customs, and history. The F people live predominantly in Islamic countries, but many of these nations maintain a degree of religious tolerance, allowing the presence of churches and missions. We ask that these doors remain open and continue to widen, and that no political or cultural barrier would hinder the advance of the gospel among them.
