History: Arab influence a century ago
Culture: The Nahara are a subgroup of the Makhuwa, which is the largest ethnic group in Mozambique comprising 40% of the population. They are fishermen. Modern education is not valued and illiteracy is very high.

Baptism and training
We praise God for those who converted to Jesus and were baptized recently. Please pray that they would grow strong in the knowledge of Jesus Christ and in their faith.
Thank God together with us for the training, Bible studies and other activities we were able to do during the 1st semester of the year. Pray that the believers would grow in the Spirit.
Children coming to Christ
Please pray that the Word ministered to children would bear fruit in their lives and that the church would receive them well and they will continue to come to Christ and to the church.
